Solo necesitas venir a nuestra tienda para dejar tu equipaje, y no es necesario tener una reserva previa. Aquí mismo registraremos tus pertenencias en nuestro sistema y las almacenaremos en nuestros depósitos. El pago por el servicio se realizará al momento de hacer el check-out, al final de tu estancia. El check-out o reclamo de equipaje se puede hacer en cualquier momento del día hasta las 7PM (Sede Recoleta y Retiro) o hasta las 9PM (Sede Palermo)
You only need a document (identification) that proves your identity.

El costo del servicio dependerá del número de paquetes, tamaño y duración de la estancia en nuestra tienda. Las tarifas se calculan por día y tenemos una tarifa fija diaria. Puedes ver los precios en la seccion de opciones de guardado en nuestro inicio.
The payment methods are Cash (Argentine Pesos), Credit/Debit Card, MercadoPago, Modo, Prex.
You can store your luggage for as long as you need, whether it's days, weeks, or months.
La reserva de los traslados se realiza con 2 horas de anticipación, SIN EXCEPCIÓN. Para confirmar tu reserva, debes escribirnos por WhatsApp, detallando:
For arrivals: Passenger name, flight number, airport, date and time of arrival in the city of Buenos Aires, amount of luggage, and destination.
For departures: Passenger name, date and time, airport, amount of luggage, and destination.
If you are in transit through Buenos Aires and need us to collect your luggage to store it in our store, you must write to us on WhatsApp, detailing:
For luggage pick-up: Passenger name, date and time of collection, amount of luggage, and address.
For HOME DELIVERY: Passenger name, date and time of delivery, amount of luggage, and destination address. Payment for the service is made at the time of delivery, in cash only.
For STORE DELIVERY: The luggage must be delivered to our store. Payment for the service is made at the time of check-out using any of the accepted payment methods.
These items are prohibited, and LUGGAGE STORAGE BA reserves the right of admission in the following cases:
- Perishable food
- Animals
- Plants
- Narcotics
- Firearms
In case of suspicion, our staff will be authorized to check the interior of the luggage and notify the corresponding authorities.

Storage Palermo (Nicaragua 4806) de 9AM a 9PM.
Storage Centro (Maipu 814) de 10AM a 7PM.
Storage Recoleta (Aguero 2208) de 10AM a 7PM.
