Frequently Asked Questions
You only need to come to our store to drop off your luggage; a reservation is not mandatory, although you can book in advance on our website. If you don't have a reservation, we will register your belongings in our system on the spot and store them in our warehouses. Payment for the service will be made at check‑out, at the end of your stay, or in advance online. Check‑out or luggage claim can be done at any time of the day until 7:00 p.m. at the Recoleta and Downtown branches, or until 9:00 p.m. at the Palermo branch.
You only need a document (identification) that proves your identity.
You need to present your identity document (ID) and the luggage ticket that will be delivered at the time of check-in.
Rates are calculated per calendar day, and we have a fixed daily rate. You can view the prices in the storage options section on our homepage.
